The following individuals are classified as "High Risk" Sex Offenders by the North Dakota Attorney General's Risk Level Committee and reside within the Grand Forks County. Also these individuals are registered with the Grand Forks County Sheriff's Department as a Sex Offender.
These convicted sexual offenders still have fundamental rights such as the right to live in a community, the right to be gainfully employed, and the right to live and work free of harassment. Anyone who violates the rights of these sexual offenders is subject to criminal prosecution.
